1. What is a recharge facility?

Recharge refers to usage of services after a prior payment for that service is made.

2. What are the recharge facilities available?

The following recharge facilities are available:
   » Prepaid mobile number recharge
   » Direct to home connection (DTH recharge)

3. What is DTH recharge?

Under DTH recharge, DTH connection number gets recharged instantly, with the amount for which it is intended to be recharged. The deduction of taxes by the merchant are also carried out.

4. Is There is any limit on the number of times that a Prepaid Mobile Number can be Recharged?

The Retailer is advised to keep 15 minutes gap while using web for recharge and 24 hrs gap while using SMS for recharge.

5. Is there any limit on the number of times that a DTH connection number can be recharged?

There is no limit on the number a times a request can be made to recharge the DTH connection number.

6. Is there any additional charge levied by the bank or the merchant?

Currently there is no additional charge levied by the bank or the merchant to the customer.

7. How does the instant recharge occur for the DTH ?

Customer's DTH connection gets recharged instantly and the customer gets a confirmation on the Operator Channel in his DTH. Customer also gets a confirmation of the recharge from the merchant on the mobile number specified by the customer at the time of giving a recharge request.

8. When can the request be invalid?

A request will be invalid on account of following reasons:
   » A non existing DTH connection number
   » A DTH connection number which does not pertain to the chosen DTH operator.

9. What will happen if I enter an incorrect DTH connection number?

Once the transaction is made, your request for recharge is sent to the DTH operator as chosen by you. If the DTH operator rejects to recharge, refunds will be processed within 2 working days.

10. What will happen if I do not get a confirmation message?

In case of non receipt of the confirmation message, the customer will have to check with his/her DTH operator, if there is an increase in the validity in terms of period of the DTH connection number. If the same has not increased, kindly contact Avsar Recharge.

11. What will happen if the validity of the DTH connection number does not increase?

The same will happen if DTH connection number entered is invalid as per Q 8. In such cases, refund is made within 2 working days.
